World Missions
We believe we are commanded to make disciples from our neighbor across the street to those who live across the ocean.

Jesus said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. (Matthew 28:19-20)

In addition to reaching out to the Quad City area, we support works in India, Shults-Lewis Family Services, and other places both as a congregation and as individuals

India Missions

India is one of the greatest mission fields of our time. There are 1.3 billion people living in India. One of every six people on earth lives in India. Christianity is not prohibited in India. Over fifty percent of the population are under the age of twenty-five. Since 1979, this group of missionaries composed of American and Indian preachers (about 25,000 who work with India Missions) has conducted a total of 2.6 million Gospel meetings. Over 5.5 million souls have been baptized, and the retention rate is about 75%.

The Central church of Christ sponsors the work of brother Jerry Edwards who joined the India Missions team in 2009. May the good Lord continue to prosper the work of these missionaries as they work to win many more lost souls to Christ.

Church of Christ India Missions is a work that is overseen by the Shiloh church of Christ, 1520 W. Limestone Road, Hazel Green, Alabama, 35750.

To God be the glory!
